📋 GENERAL EXAM & OMR INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVIGILATORS 

👨‍🏫 Instructions for Invigilators

• Ensure that every student has correctly filled all the required details on the OMR sheet.

• Verify that each student has written and bubbled the Hall Ticket Number correctly.

• Ensure that students use only Blue/Black Ball Point Pens.

• Check that the OMR sheet is not folded, torn, stapled, pinned, or damaged.

• Sign only within the Invigilator Signature Box. If the signature extends outside the box, the OMR may become invalid during scanning.

• Ensure that students do not make any marks on the OMR index points, corner markers, or barcode area.

• Before collecting the OMR sheets, verify that all mandatory details have been filled correctly.

• Handle OMR sheets carefully to avoid any physical damage.

⚠ Proper handling and accurate filling of the OMR sheet are essential for successful scanning and evaluation.
